Warranty: Your unit comes with a (1) one year free warranty for minor wear and tear of the unit. Due to our HD lace being real and fragile it can tear if you’re not gentle enough. We will repair any hole smaller than a nickel one time, we will adjust the size of tour cap if it is too big or too small one time. If you’d like additional warranty protection select the 2 year warranty coverage to extend the life of your unit. We will not cut, color or customize any repair work unless that service is purchased (check under services). If the unit was in its natural state when you purchased it we will only apply the natural color back to its source (same for our blonde European hair) if you customized and colored your unit during your feee warranty we are not responsible to color the repaired section of the unit. If the holes are larger than a nickel you must purchase a repair service (see services) and must be responsible for full amount.
